INFORMATION CONCERNIING CHANGES WITHIN ALUMETAL MANAGEMENT BOARD We hereby inform that due to further dynamic development of Alumetal Group, The Supervisory Board of Alumetal SA, during the meeting held on 5th February 2013 decided to: a) appoint the former Vice-President of the Management Board, Commercial Director Mr. Szymon Adamczyk (Member of the Management Board since the year 2003) to the position of the President of the Management Board, Managing Director, b) appoint the former President of the Management Board, General Director Mr. Krzysztof Błasiak, who has been in this position since the year 2002, to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board Development Director.

SUPERVION AUDITS I In October 2012, the plants in Kęty and Gorzyce received confirmation that they had satisfied the standards in the field of environmental protection and had ensured safe working conditions and successfully completed ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 supervision audits.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2ND STAGE OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECT IN ALUMETAL NOWA SÓL SP. Z O.O. he Management Board of Alumetal Nowa Sól Spółka z o.o. notifies that since the plant in Nowa Sól has been carrying out manufacturing operations for more than twelve months and because of increasing utilisation of the current production capabilities, it has recommended to the company’s Supervisory Board further expansion of the plant in Nowa Sól. On 17 October 2012 a resolution of the Supervisory Board was adopted approving capital expenditure and the implementation schedule of the 2nd stage of the investment project called "Construction of the plant for processing scrap iron, aluminium waste and the manufacturing of casting alloys" in Nowa Sól.

PEARL OF POLISH ECONOMY FOR ALUMETAL GROUP On 16th November, the 10th Anniversary Gala Ceremony of Pearls of the Polish Economy was held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, organised by the publishers of the English language Polish Market monthly. The major item on the Gala’s agenda was the announcement of the table ranking the Pearls of the Polish Economy, which was the result of research conducted by the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and published by the Polish Market monthly.
